This planetary voyage is above all a climatic journey down the Atlantic, across the Indian Ocean and the Pacific, then up the Atlantic again... It involves a departure from Les Sables d'Olonne in mid-autumn, a journey through the South Seas in the middle of the austral summer and a return to the Vendée during the winter.
